Chicken & White Bean Chili

    Cook chicken thigh (cut into 1/2-inch pieces) over high-heat in vegetable oil , about 5 min.

    Do in batches and brown both sides.

    Add ground chipotle pepper , ground cumin , oregano , cinnamon , salt , fresh ground black pepper , and cayenne pepper to onion (diced) .

    Add the onions and spices to pot.

    Cook until onions turn translucent.

    Add chicken broth , red bell pepper (seeded, diced) , green bell pepper (seeded, diced) , jalapeno pepper (seeded, diced) , and diced tomato with green chilies .

    Drain great northern beans , or navy beans , but do not rinse.

    Use a potato masher to smash beans to thicken the soup.
